Initial Consultation

Before anything, we will have an initial consultation. In this step we will listen to your ideas and goals and tell you how we will achieve them. We will discuss what the requirements are for your project and the timeline you are seeking.

Research, Proccess Flow and Presentation

In this section of the development process, we will do research required for your project, develop an application process flow and present our results. At this time we will also break the project into phases, where you will be able to track and stay up-to-date on the project progress. Upon review of our assessments, we will make any necessary modifications and move forward into the development stages.

In-Depth Planning

Upon entering the development stage, we will always do in-depth planning. This planning includes database design, application flow charts and debugging for each "phase" or "sprint". Doing this allows us to catch potential problems and bugs before any code is ever written. Therefore, resulting in the cleanest, most efficient and error-free application possible.

Application Production

When we go into production, everything is planned out and ready to be created. We have designers and developers that work simultaneously with each other to get the perfect look and functionality, that you as the client has always invisioned.

You will have access to see where the project stands at all times. We show you the design and functionality each step of the way. Doing this allows us to make sure that it is everything you have dreamed of. If you see something that needs modified, no problem, let us know and we can change it right away.

Testing and Debugging

Even though we test, debug and troubleshoot any issues during each phase of the project, we will also do an in-depth final testing period. During this period we will make sure that everything functions well together and that all the bells and whistles are performing correctly. This is also a good time for any last minute changes necessary.

Application Delivery and Training

Every application built by Ricketts includes in-depth training to an associate within your company. We will train you on all ends of the application, including user front ends, administrative backends, as well as any other panels and sections within. If your application requires SEO or web marketing, we will move into this stage once your application is live.
